If you sell software to practices
Catch the moment an owner says they're leaving your competitor — or that they're leaving you.
Med spa owners publicly discuss which tools they're dropping — by name, with their practice attached. We catch those posts within the hour and send them to you with the practice name, their current vendor, and a link to the conversation.
No signup, no product to install. We email you the leads. If they don't convert, you've lost nothing.
anyone moved off Boulevard recently?
Practice name and thread link are redacted on this page — these are real people's public posts. Your emails carry both.
The shape of a switching signal · paraphrased
01The problem
One post, in one group, naming two vendors and a number. It sat there for a day.
Three vendors had a reason to care about that post. None of them replied.
“Using Boulevard right now for EMR and TouchMD for photos… would be saving $500 a month if I switch and get rid of Boulevard and TouchMD.”
02What you get
Every alert arrives with the four things you'd otherwise spend twenty minutes digging up.
Name, practice, location and rough size — enough to qualify before you write a word.
Aesthetics · Scottsdale, AZ · 2 locations
Detected from their public booking page, even when the post never says it.
Zenoti — detected from booking page
Verbatim, with the thread link, so you open with their words instead of a pitch.

03Why not do it yourself
Software questions are roughly 5% of what gets posted. To catch six to twelve real switching signals a week, someone has to read 150+ posts about injection technique, staffing and pricing.
Founders do try. We've watched a CEO personally comment on switching threads in these groups. It doesn't scale, and most posts go unanswered — including the ones naming their own product.

04Evidence
One customer a year pays for this several times over.
05How it works
One email. Takes five minutes. No account, no onboarding call unless you want one.
Currently med spa and aesthetics. Dental, salon and veterinary next.
With everything you need to reach out yourself, before the thread fills up.
You reach out as yourself. We don't post, comment or contact anyone on your behalf.
06Who it's for
Catch the moment an owner says they're leaving your competitor — or that they're leaving you.
One subscription covers every client you serve in the vertical. Bring them leads they didn't ask for.
07The offer
We'll send you every relevant signal we catch for two weeks, at no cost and with no commitment. If nothing converts, that's a useful answer and you've lost nothing but the emails.
We're taking a small number of vertical software companies for this. Reply and tell us what you sell.
Public professional communities — currently Facebook groups for med spa and aesthetics owners, all of them public groups anyone can read. We surface posts; we don't contact posters.
No. We send you the lead. You reach out as yourself, under your own name.
25–50 relevant signals a month across the vertical. How many apply to you depends on who you compete with — we'll tell you honestly after week one.
Med spa and aesthetics today. Dental, salon and veterinary are next. Tell us yours and we'll prioritise it.
Yoan Marinov. I read the groups, built the monitoring and send the emails myself — more here.
